YOU AND YOUR SKIN


Health is life. Health care is good care. If your skin is healthy it means you do not neglect health information. It means health matters to you a lot.

There are people out there who paid no yield attention to their skin health. A thirty-old man who looks older than his age is probably paid no good attention to health matters. Such person neglects health information or health tips
 The more reason you see most men and women even in  their 60s still having shinning looks is because many of them have spent quite a fortune to maintain their skin. They didn’t just start maintaining the skin at old age, they started this during their teenage to take good and adequate care of their body and skin. Certainly, this set of people did not take the maintenance of their skins for granted.
            To look real good and shinning even at old age, it is always imperative to extra care of your skin by carefully selected those skin products that you apply to your body.
Surely, it is not a wasted energy and time to take good care of your skin as some will say it is only idle people who take time to look after their skin. Every care you take on your skin is not in vain because caring for your skin means caring for what God has been graciously given to you. . BE SELECTIVE
               Be selective when buying cream or body lotion(moisturizer).Make sure  you buy those made with vegetable oil(olive oil, sweet almond oil, corn oil etc)and not mineral oil which is got from petroleum and does not contain any nutrients to help nourish your skin. Moisturize and soften your skin.
.DRY SKIN
               If you have dry and blemish skin use moisturizer twice a day with products that richly contains vegetable oils that are high in essential fatty acid.
Fatty acid helps to soften and hydrate the skin. It also helps to sooth minor irritations.
Vegetable oil contains large amount of fatty acid such as sun flower seed oil, borage oil, corn oil and etc. Moisturizing cream that contains Shea butter is also good for replenish your skin barrier.
You can also get fatty acid from fishes such as salmon Mackerel and also Walnut.
.VITAMIN A
               Vitamin A also help in preventing wrinkles and pigmentation of skin, you can get this from your food intake. Vitamin A can be gotten from orange, carrot, pawpaw and others.
.VITAMIN C AND E
               Vitamin C and E which is also known as power house antioxidants also help your skin to stay healthy. Vitamin C and E can be found in good foods and produce such as sweet potatoes, citrus fruits, peppers, grapes and others.
.TONERS AND ASTRINGENTS
               If you are found of using toners and astringents make sure you use those once that are made without ethyl alcohol, rubbing alcohol or isopropyl alcohol because they are solvents that dry the skin speedily.
. YOUR FACE
               To prevent wrinkled face always wash your face first thing in the morning and before bed time.
. CAUTION: do not wash more than twice a day because too much of cleaning can cause your pores to over produce oil that will clog the pores.
. SPONGE
               Avoid using sponge to scrub your face, instead, use your fingertips or a soft cloth. 
. POLISH
               Polish your body regularly to achieve clean, smooth and radiant skin. Polishing your skin regularly will make it to shed faster and evenly.
. COSMETICS
               Make sure your choice of cosmetics contains herbs or herbal derivatives (essential oils, extracts, infusion etc) which contain natural chemicals which soothe, tone and help condition your skin.
